Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment employee relations and compliance with labor laws.
Manage the recruitment process including job postings candidate screening interviews and hiring decisions.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are uptodate and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Address employee grievances and ensure fair and equitable treatment of staff.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations workplace standards and company policies.
Performance Management:
Lead the performance review process including setting timelines training managers and providing feedback to employees.
Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and ensure consistent application of company policies.
Training & Development:
Develop and manage employee development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.
Identify skill gaps and work with leadership to create succession plans for key roles.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and high employee satisfaction.
Monitor employee turnover rates and implement retention strategies to reduce attrition.
Professional Skills:
Indepth knowledge of HR best practices labor laws and compliance requirements.
Strong project management skills to oversee HR programs such as recruitment training and performance reviews.
Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) for tracking employee performance attendance and benefits.
Competency Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws regulations and compliance including labor laws and workplace standards.
Competency in managing multiple HR functions such as talent acquisition employee relations and performance management.
Familiarity with employee development programs engagement strategies and organizational development.
