We have an urgent requirement for GHAZIABAD AND MATHURA Location for a reputed Real Estate Developer Group:

JOB Title : General Manager (GM) Civil Projects
Job Overview:
Lead plan and monitor execution of multiple real estate projects simultaneously.
Oversee construction activities from start to finish ensuring quality timelines and cost control.
Develop detailed project schedules budgets and resource plans.
Manage and guide the Project Team Site Engineers Contractors and Vendors.
Ensure strict compliance with RERA Building Codes Quality Standards and Safety Norms.
Prepare and present project progress reports to the Management.
Handle contractor negotiations cost control material approvals and site inspections.
Qualifications: / B.E. (Civil Engineering)
Professional Qualifications: PMP Certification Primavera/MS Project skills preferred.
Experience: 1520years (preferably in Real Estate sector)
Salary Range: 12 to 24 Lacs Per month
Specific Skills: Project Management Skills (must be strong). Team Leadership Ability to manage teams across multiple sites. Technical Expertise in RCC MEP Finishing works and Project Execution. Vendor & Stakeholder Management. Cost and Time Management. Problemsolving and Decisionmaking ability. Excellent communication documentation and reporting skills.
Personal characteristics: Leadership Must have handled large site teams independently.
Physical abilities: Personality Energetic Solutionoriented Resultdriven.
