Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. EndtoEnd Service Delivery Leadership
Own and lead global PLM service delivery across multiple industriesAutomotive Aerospace Manufacturing HighTech.
Ensure seamless program execution with ontime onbudget and highquality outcomes.
Drive delivery governance compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee incident problem and change management with a focus on zero business disruption.
2. P&L Ownership & Financial Governance
Endtoend responsibility for PLM practice P&L including budgeting forecasting billing and profitability.
Track and optimize delivery cost resource utilization and margin performance.
Ensure contractual obligations are met while improving costtoserve efficiency.
3. Quality Cost & Timeline Accountability (QCT)
Establish robust quality assurance mechanisms and governance frameworks.
Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks dependencies and blockers.
Maintain rigorous control over scope cost and timeline in every engagement.
4. Strategic Client Engagement
Act as the executive point of contact for client CXOs and delivery stakeholders.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and Service Performance discussions.
Build longterm partnerships with clients enabling account growth and strategic alignment.
5. Presales & Solution Engineering
Collaborate with sales solution architects and domain experts to craft compelling PLM proposals.
Lead bid management estimations SoWs and commercial negotiations.
Conduct workshops PoCs and platform demos to influence customer decisionmaking.
6. Ecosystem & Partner Management
Forge and manage strategic alliances with PLM OEMs (Siemens PTC Dassault CONTACT).
Drive coinnovation and joint GTM strategies with technology and consulting partners.
Represent the organization at industry forums events and PLM consortiums.
7. Capability Development & Team Leadership
Lead and mentor crossfunctional teams across geographies.
Drive competency development upskilling programs and talent retention.
Foster a culture of ownership agility and innovation.
8. Innovation & Asset Creation
Drive creation of proprietary IPs frameworks and accelerators to reduce timetovalue.
Promote use of AI/ML cloudnative PLM digital twin and other nextgen technologies.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
Experience :
20 years of industry experience with 5 years in global delivery leadership for PLM engagements
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Strong expertise in Teamcenter Windchill ENOVIA and CONTACT PLM platforms.
Proven ability to manage largescale PLM programs with distributed delivery models.
Deep understanding of ITIL Agile/Waterfall methodologies and program governance.
Demonstrated success in P&L management stakeholder alignment and presales wins.
Preferred Skills :
PLM Platform Certifications (e.g. Siemens PTC Dassault).
Experience with SaaS/Cloudbased PLM and integration with ERP MES CAD systems.
Familiarity with industryspecific regulatory and compliance standards.
Prior experience working in global delivery organizations or SI firms.

We are seeking an accomplished and highly motivated PLM Global Delivery Leader to spearhead the successful delivery of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions across global clients and industries. This is a senior leadership role that requires a blend of technical depth delivery excellence P&L ownership quality governance presales acumen and ecosystem partnership management.
You will be responsible for managing multimilliondollar engagements spanning Siemens Teamcenter PTC Windchill Dassault ENOVIA and CONTACT PLM while ensuring alignment to client KPIs strategic growth and operational excellence
