The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure our content discovery platform delivers a seamless experience to millions of users. At Unity you will be part of a dynamic team that combines Android development backend services and machine learning into a unified complex system. This is an ideal role for individuals eager to make a substantial impact on a technically challenging product in a fastpaced environment.
What youll be doing
- Collaborate closely with software engineers product managers business intelligence and UI/UX designer teams to define and execute test plans and cases.
- Participate in the development lifecycle from requirements analysis to postdeployment verification.
- Conduct regression functional performance and usability testing.
- Perform exploratory testing to ensure a seamless user experience across multiple devices and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies tools and best practices.
What were looking for
- 24 years of experience in Quality Assurance with mobile applications preferably with Android apps.
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as TestRail Charles Proxy and others.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies processes and best practices.
- Handson experience with bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira) and version control systems (e.g. GitHub).
- Experience with log analysis for debugging and monitoring purposes.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL for database validation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
You might also have
- Experience with performance testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins.
- Understanding of mobile testing tools and frameworks like Maestro.
