Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We the RecruitNet team are hiring a Senior Staff Nurse for a leading Nursing home in cork Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering highquality compassionate nursing care to patients ensuring their physical emotional and psychological needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
- Working collaboratively with fellow healthcare professionals including physicians therapists and support staff to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities with a focus on personcentred care.
- Flexibility adaptability and a positive attitude towards challenges and opportunities in dementia care.
Requirements
- Must have prior experience working as a nurse in Ireland and possess a current NMBI PIN.
- Assist the Director of Care and Clinical Nurse Manager with daily resident care coordination and team leadership.
- Provide care staff direction and mentoring while upholding the highest standards of personcentered care.
- Make sure that interdisciplinary teams collaborate and communicate professionally.
- Assume responsibility for correctly and promptly reporting any changes in the conditions of the residents.
- Help with staff allocation planning and making sure shift handovers are done well.
- Take part in yearly evaluations returntowork interviews inductions and staff training.
- Encourage collaboration drive and a happy workplace while adhering to HIQA guidelines.
