Cartrack a worldleading smart mobility SaaS company with oversubscribers across 23 countries. We are looking for Sales Team Lead to join our team. Our teams are collaborative vibrant and fastgrowing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and :Motivating the team to achieve sales targetsMeet and exceed sales targetsSuccessfully create business from new and existing customer accountsManage complex negotiationsBuild rapport and establish long term relationships with customersIdentify prospects create opportunities and close dealsEnsure execution of client requests and requirements and respond to their service issues and inquiriesCoordinate with internal departments to meet customer service requirementsFully handle Makassar MarketQualifications:3 to 5 years of experience as a sales leader managing ten or more peopleExperience in team managementBachelors Degree in any related fieldExperience and working knowledge of CRM systems and cold callingFamiliar with Makassar marketFluent in English is a must
