Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely food preparation.
Maintain high standards of food quality presentation and consistency.
Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and sanitation regulations.
Support the Executive Sous Chef in training and developing junior team members.
Help manage inventory ordering and proper storage of ingredients.
Contribute to the creation and testing of new dishes and menus.
Qualifications :
Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training.
Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar role in a highend or specialty restaurant.
Strong knowledge of international and/or specialty cuisine.
Ability to work in a fastpaced multicultural environment.
Good leadership communication and organizational skills.
Passion for culinary excellence and innovation.
