You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for an experienced Account Manager to support international automotive projects and sales processes. In this role you will collaborate with Key Account Executives manage RFQs support offer creation oversee project tracking and handle customer communication. You will also play a key role in backoffice operations and ensure data integrity across internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Support RFQ review offer preparation and customer portal management
Maintain project and pricing data in SAP and internal tools
Monitor incoming orders for serial preserial and aftermarket parts
Assist with change management runout planning and budget adjustments
Coordinate contract documentation CRM updates and internal reporting
Organize sales meetings prepare reports and follow up on customer payments
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years experience in sales or project support ideally in automotive
Proficient in SAP MS Office; fluent in English and German
Strong organizational communication and analytical skills
Reliable team player with a structured and proactive work approach
