What does it feel like to be an IT Infrastructure Architect in NetcompanyIntrasoft
By joining us as an IT Infrastructure Architect you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile consultants teams working within largescale transformation projects that impact the life of millions of EU citizens.
As an IT Infrastructure Architect you will:
- Lead the architecture and deployment of new or existing technologies to improve ways of working and overall efficiency of our posture;
- Work with both onpremises and cloud technologies (including OSs virtualization databases security networking firewalling cloud security (Azure and AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies such as Openshift/Kubernetes;
- Design infrastructure solutions by embedding security best practices in every implementation maintaining the uninterrupted operations of services & platforms either hosted in DC premises or on public cloud providers;
- Aim for continuous improvement of standards and security frameworks;
- Ensure infrastructure and operational services adhere to agreedupon security and service levels overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of security implementations.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar consulting position;
- Deep understanding of infrastructure architecture and experience on coordinating complex cross functional IT projects with large teams;
- Strong experience of Application Servers implementation (IIS JBoss WebLogic Apache/Tomcat) and Advance Architecture Design knowledge (2Tier/3Tier Applications);
- Deep knowledge of WindowsOperating Systems and above;
- Good knowledge of RDBMs (SQL Oracle MySQL etc.) and Hypervisors standards (VMWare/HyperV);
- Knowledge of Java scripting & Rest API knowledge and usage of JIRA;
- Good knowledge of cloud services like MS Azure Amazon IBM Bluemix;
- Excellent written and oral skills in Greek and English.
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
- Knowledge of system coding and scripting for administration purposes like Python Perl go etc;
- Basic knowledge of networking (Firewall Load Balancing Routing);
- Excellent interpersonal communication ability to work in teams and coach clients;
- Research and problemsolving abilities.
