What you will be doing:
- Handling incoming phone calls messages and emails from the website users
- Managing reservations special requests and complaints and finding solutions to website users inquiries
- Research travel options tailored to each customers preferences
- Modify reservations based on client needs
- Process payments and travel cancelations
Job Requirements:
- Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in German
- Good communication skills in English
- Attention to detail
- Good Technical troubleshooting & problemsolving skills
- Ability to handle unexpected changes
- Experience in ecommerce will be appreciated
