ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client is looking for Administration & Logistics Coordinator.

Location: Piraeus Attiki

Working Model: Onsite

You will be reporting to: Warranty Manager

What you will do:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative and logistical operations ensuring timely and efficient coordination with suppliers and internal departments. You will play a key role in managing orders stock and crossborder deliveries.

More specifically:

  • Registering work orders.
  • Creating purchase orders in ERP system controlling.
  • Purchasing parts/consumables in local market.
  • Preparing and issuing monthly closing report.
  • Direct communication with the supplier from different part of Europe for the part reparations material deliveries.
  • Communicate directly with suppliers across Europe regarding part repairs and material deliveries.
  • Periodical stock control and counting.
  • Managing material deliveries within Europe mainly the parts sent to the suppliers for repairment.


Requirements

  • 35 years of proven experience in an administrative or logistics coordination role.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish knowledge will be considered an asset).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel.
  • Prior experience in railway or industrial environments is desirable.
  • Understanding of European forwarding and shipping processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural multinational teams.
  • Initiativedriven with the ability to work independently.
  • Focused on results and operational efficiency.
  • Flexible and adaptable; a strong team player.
