Salary is EUR 1100 per month gross with bonuses

Your responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries representing a worldrenowned company.

Use phone email and chat to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Provide accurate information about products.

Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Strive to turn every customer interaction into a positive one.
What you will bring:

Fluency in Portuguese.

Strong command of English both written and spoken.

Previous experience in customer support or care is a plus.

Excellent communication skills.
