Contract Type: Shortterm or Longterm (onsite)

What Youll Do:
Handle customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns.
Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best customer experience.
Maintain records of interactions in the companys system.
What Were Looking For:
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) native or nearnative level.
Good command of English (for internal communication).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Problemsolving mindset and attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
