Your Responsibilities:
Own technical outreach setup
- Setup and manage email domains for cold email outreach (DNS SPF DKIM DMARC) monitor inbox health and recover from spam blocks
- Build test and maintain multichannel sequences with clear hypotheses and pass/fail metrics
Write and iterate copy
- Draft sequences that speak to pain not features
- A/B test subject lines CTAs and value props; kill losers fast
Run the numbers
- Track metrics for every sequence and vendor batch
- Measure CAC and make data driven decisions
Leverage modern tooling
- Prospecting with tools like Apollo LinkedIn Sales Navigator Cognism ZoomInfo Lusha Clay etc
- Deliverability with tools like Zero Bounce Lemlist Linkedin Helper Weconnect Instantly
- Automation: Zapier n8n Python/js scripts HubSpot workflows
- AI Personalization: ChatGPT Claude Lavender Relevance AI
- Utilize and drive development of the internal microservices such as Gcores inhouse enrichment API deliverability health microservice and campaignlevel KPI tracker (available day 1)
Direct leadgen agencies
- Set targets share ICP and messaging frameworks review lists and copy before launch
- Spotcheck data quality sequence logic and inbox health
- Pull the plug or double down based on hard performance numbers
Qualifications :
We Expect You to Have:
- 2 years running outbound email and LinkedIn at scale with deliverability ownership
- Proven track record: you know your last sequences open reply and bookedcall rates off the top of your head
- Fluent in prospecting enrichment and automation tools
- Copywriting that converts not entertains
- Vendor management experience with clear SLAs and feedback rhythms
- Defaulttodata mindset: shortcuts first polish second
Nicetohave:
- CDN cloud or edgecomputing domain knowledge
- Python/js for quick scripts
- Experience spinning up intentbased or productled growth motions
