Job Description
Were looking for a highlymotivated and organised Accounts Payable Assistant to join our busy Finance team. Youll help keep things running smoothly by processing invoices and supporting both colleagues and suppliers.
Reporting to our Management Accountant well support your development and offer opportunities to grow within the team
What youll do
- Help with invoices and data entry
- Prepare payments
- Run month end reporting
- Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by your manager
- Be trained in our systems and software
What youll need
- A degree in accounting finance or equivalent with a 2:1 or finance or accounting experience
- Basic Excel skills
- An understanding of accounts payable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be able to work in a high volume entrepreneurial environment speed and accuracyare key!
- Provide training as possible
