We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Anti Coagulation Pharmacist to join our esteemed client in North London. This role requires expertise in managing anticoagulation therapy specifically with DOACs blood thinners. Experience with the DAWNAC dosing system for Warfarin is preferable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for managing anticoagulation therapy including the administration and monitoring of DOACs blood thinners. You will also be involved in patient education ensuring they understand their treatment plans and any necessary lifestyle adjustments. Additionally you will maintain meticulous records and documentation and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care.
Qualifications and Experience:
GPhC registration.
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
Extensive experience in anticoagulation therapy.
MUST be trained in DOACs blood thinners.
Training in DAWNAC dosing system for Warfarin is preferable but not essential.
