Due to ongoing growth we have several fantastic opportunities within DLG Legal Services as a Motability / RTA Personal Injury Claims Handlers. These roles will be based at our Leeds office on a full time and permanent basis.

What youll be doing:

Reporting to a Team Leader you will be joining our dedicated Motability RTA team dealing with a mixed caseload of OIC MOJ complex Fast Track claims along with Part 8 Litigated cases. You will have the ability to develop your existing experience to litigate on post whiplash reform cases where quantum and liability are disputed. You will be sympathetic to the needs of your clients to ensure a high quality service is provided and accurate legal advice is given in accordance with our policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience:

Location: Leeds LS1

Home Working: Hybrid model (2 days from the office 3 days from home)

Working hours: 35 hour per week (Monday Friday)
