Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join the team at Ashmolean museum.
The Ashmolean Museum founded in 1683 is the University of Oxfords museum of art and archaeology and the oldest public museum in the UK.
We Offer:
Rate: 13.50 per hour
Shifts: 5 days out of 7/ Mon Mon
Contract: FullTime/Permanent.
About the Cafe Supervisor role:
- To oversee the daytoday operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard
- To supervise manage and motivate the team
- To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
