- Prepare hot and cold food to set specifications ensuring consistent quality and taste
- Comply with all food safety legislation and maintain Food Hygiene Level 2 standards
- Provide excellent service to FOH colleagues supporting the best customer experience
- Actively participate in stock control procedures including accurate costing and regular stock takes
- Ensure portion control correct preparation methods and minimise wastage to keep costs down
- Maintain a clean tidy and attractive kitchen and service area during all shifts
- Demonstrate responsibility for personal and colleagues health and safety and complete all required training
