You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis role will provide vital daytoday support across a range of business functions ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office operations. This role will work closely with the Office Manager this will involve providing a wide variety of administrative support for the office which will include placing orders for our consumables dealing with expenses purchase orders and financial processing.
You will be working with various teams supporting our document control processes to ensure that our documents are created with accuracy and efficiency. This will include managing the circulation tracking and completion of critical documents.
You will have responsibility for monitoring all communications received into our internal company email ensuring that emails are responded to and/or delegated to the appropriate teams. You will also play a key role in organising and coordinating internal meetings helping to keep our teams aligned and focused.
Additionally you will provide valuable support for our future office move offering a unique opportunity to get involved in an exciting period of change for the business.
