Asset Services Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated and detailoriented Senior Analyst to partner with our outsource providers and ensure the delivery of topnotch operational service targets. What youll be doing:

• Overseeing daily tasks including Income Claims Corporate Actions Proxy Class Actions and Asset Transfers
• Collaborating with team members and outsourced providers to meet service standards and deadlines
• Assisting with the delivery of agreed retained services
• Monitoring daily and weekly service delivery KPIs and KRIs
• Investigating and resolving queries or issues escalating as necessary
• Identifying and implementing procedural and process improvements
• Ensuring endtoend understanding of operational tasks and their impacts
• Managing operational risks and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications :

Who were looking for:

• Demonstrate strong previous experience within Investment Operations
• Strong understanding of Asset Services tasks including Corporate Actions Income Proxy voting and Claims
• Experience with TLM Quasar and Corporate Action systems
• Knowledge of Outsourced Service Models
• Ideally holds IMC or IOQ qualifications
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Strong client focus and excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects
