About the Role
In this pivotal role you will:
Conduct thorough compassionate and strategic legal consultations with prospective clients across a wide range of immigration matters including:
Familybased immigration
Employmentbased petitions
Humanitarian relief (VAWA U Visa T Visa Asylum)
Provide clear legal guidance and assess case eligibility
Support clients onboarding and contribute to a smooth welcoming start to their legal journey
Handle select casework and help drive client retention and firm growth through expert communication and care
Licensed U.S. Attorney (admitted to practice in any state)
1 year of handson immigration law experience including consultations
Strong knowledge of USCIS processes humanitarian relief and legal strategy
Clear communicator with empathy professionalism and confidence
A clientfirst mindset and a drive to support people through complex legal pathways
Experience in business development or client retention is a plus
Fully remote work environment ()
