Description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to join our vibrant Global FINEX M&A community supporting the broking and private equity team based in London also supporting our global teams. Reporting to the Business Support and Head of M&A the role includes a variety of pre and post placement tasks

The Role

Reporting

  • Lead the preparation of regular / periodic updates reports and analysis to assist M&A Finex LoB and CRB leadership

Client Onboarding

  • Licensing validation
  • Know Your Client (KYC) validation
  • Sanctions screening
  • Third party scorecards

Market Onboarding

  • Market security approval requests

Client Records

  • Broking application policy filing application folder and Market Reform Contract (MRC) requests

Policy Servicing

  • Claims information requests
  • Market security validation
  • Market Reform Contract (MRC) completion
  • Query resolution
  • Placing and billing information provision and client document requests

Finance

Assisting M&A Business Support in recording and reporting financial data



Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Experience of broker or underwriter support broking or underwriting experience with strong technical knowledge of operations.
  • Strong organisational and attention to detail abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple deliverables
  • Proficiency in broking applications
  • Ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximise resources effectively to achieve goals
  • Proven success working in a fast paced highpressure environment and self sufficient
