Job Description Summary
Become part of a winning team and help to deliver the Green Energy transition.Reporting to the Global Supply Chain CapEx Leader in this role you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the capital expenditure (CapEx) planning and execution process across global supply chain operations.
This position plays a critical role in aligning investment strategies with business goals driving efficiency ensuring project execution and improving CapEx governance and reporting practices.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual update of the LongTerm Strategy (LTS) CapEx plan ensuring timely submission in collaboration with Regional and Project Delivery Group (PDG) teams.
- Act as the central liaison for stakeholders throughout the entire CapEx lifecycle ensuring effective coordination and alignment.
- Advise Regional and PDG teams on CapEx business case development including identifying business benefits assessing risks and preparing Return on Investment (ROI) models.
- Monitor execution of the CapEx plan ensuring investments are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain and update CapEx trackers monitor actual vs. committed spending and produce regular reports for stakeholders.
- Track and report on CapEx KPIs to ensure performance standards are met.
- Coordinate processes for Asset Under Construction (AUC) creation asset capitalisation labeling inventory and disposal.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and tools and ensure CapEx work instructions remain current and effective.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet and/or Excel with the ability to create complex formulas and models.
- Experience in data visualization and infographic design.
- Proficiency in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
- Programming skills are a plus.
