Assistant Manager A Pub with Heart and Vision
Were looking for a passionate handson Assistant Manager to join our team and help shape the next chapter of our pubs story.
Our vision
To be a living room for the community a welcoming downtoearth space where people feel at home enjoy great drinks nostalgic food and experience genuine hospitality every time they walk through the door.
This isnt just about keeping the wheels turning were building something. We want to bring more energy creativity and fun into the pub and were looking for someone who wants to be part of that. What were looking for:
Experience as a shift leader or Assistant Manager in a busy pub or restaurant
Someone with people energy you love hosting leading and lifting the mood
A proactive mindset you see opportunities to grow the business not just maintain it
Willingness to get stuck into marketing team training and creative projects
A genuine passion for good food drinks and service that feels authentic not scripted
