IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Champion CrossSelling: Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities within our UK customer base increasing adoption of additional products and features.

Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders understanding their unique challenges and spotting ways to add value.

Leverage Partner Networks: Collaborate with strategic partners in the legal sector to drive mutual revenue and growth.

Devise Tailored Sales Strategies: Design bespoke campaigns to maximise crosssell potential ensuring our customers always see the full value of Actionsteps solutions.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Account Management Customer Support Marketing and Product to deliver a seamless and rewarding customer experience.

Stay ProductSavvy: Keep abreast of new product features and industry trends to match evolving client needs with the right solutions.

Own the Pipeline: Track opportunities in Salesforce provide timely updates and manage your sales funnel with precision.

Delight Customers: Ensure any concerns are resolved quickly and professionallymaking every interaction a chance to reinforce our commitment to customer success.

Achieve (and Smash) Targets: Meet or exceed crossselling targets driving significant revenue growth from our existing client portfolio.



Requirements

ABOUT YOU

Proven Sales Track Record: Youve excelled in a SaaS/technology sales environment hitting or exceeding ambitious targets.

Legal Tech Exposure: Familiarity with the legal sector (practice management software or legal accounting) is a plus.

Relationship Guru: You excel at forging strong relationshipswinning trust from entrylevel users to senior decisionmakers.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: Youre excited by highgrowth environments show initiative and find innovative ways to add value.

TechSmart: Comfortable with solution selling demos and technical details that help position the right product features.

CRM Wizard: Skilled in using Salesforce (or similar) to manage pipelines and drive transparency.

Autonomous & Collaborative: You thrive with minimal supervision yet love contributing to a supportive team culture.

Strong Communicator: Whether its a compelling product pitch or a precise internal update you communicate with clarity and confidence.

Adaptable & Resilient: Able to pivot quickly in a fastpaced environment embracing challenges as opportunities to learn.
