As our People and Engagement Manager youll be central to our people strategy. Part of our collaborative fun and friendly team youll:

  • support our People Strategy by promoting our culture delivering engagement initiatives and helping with the daytoday management of all HRrelated tasks
  • manage employee engagement surveys analyse results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
  • maximise and communicate our wellbeing offer to all our colleagues encouraging everyone to get involved
  • become a leading member of our Environmental Social Governance team
  • create ideas and a diary full of engaging experiences for all our colleagues to take part in including monthly teambuilding days
  • work alongside our Brand and Content team to develop an effective internal comms strategy
  • own our internal companywide communication tools and spaces
  • review our office space ensuring it is optimised for our people
  • establish and maintain relationships with community and charitable partners


Requirements

To make an impression youll need work experience at a HR Advisor level. Youll also need knowledge of relevant legislation and governance. Youll also be:

  • a confident communicator and people person
  • able to work under your own initiative
  • sensitive tactful and diplomatic with a high degree of confidentiality
  • highly computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft packages
  • CIPD level 5 qualified or with corresponding experience in role
