As a key member of our team you will provide essential administrative and business support to the CEO Executive Team and Senior Management at Chase de Vere. Your role will be crucial in helping to achieve the companys objectives and ensuring smooth operations at the highest levels of our organisation.

This role will be based at our London office and will be part time at 3 days per week.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Previous experience providing Executive Assistant support to a CEO/ Executive Board/Senior Management
  • Highly proficient in minute taking and documentation
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel and Power Point)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Resourceful adaptable and proactive in approach
  • Ability to think independently to make decisions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to share information with Senior Management efficiently and effectively.
  • To demonstrate professional discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive can do approach

WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE

  • To coordinate attend minute and document executive level meetings and any other relevant meetings following up on actions and activity as required.
  • To support the CEO with diary management and scheduling meeting preparation research and email correspondence.
  • Preparation of documentation for meetings and presentations with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage telephone calls and requests escalating urgent matters for the CEOs attention.
  • Produce correspondence presentations and reports sometimes confidential in nature on behalf of CEO/Executive team.
  • Organise business appointments and travel arrangements for the CEO as required.
  • To act as a point of contact and communicate on the CEOs behalf as required with the Executive Team employees clients external organisations and partners including Swiss Life.
  • Expense management for the CEO and Executive Team as required
  • To build strong relationships and work collaboratively with all areas of the business.
  • To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in timely and
    accurate manner.
  • To assist the CEO in the execution of company initiatives and projects as required.
  • To provide general administrative support as required.
  • To demonstrate professional discretion and confidentiality at all times
