Job Description
Our Underwriting Manager is seeking a detailoriented and analytical Mortgage Underwriter to work within a small team of underwriters. To fully assess loan applications to ensure they meet The Societys lending criteria and to assess the level of risk to ensure we continue to lend within The Societys Risk Appetite using sound judgement to support The Societys commercial lending targets whilst balancing risk for the society and the customer. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative and risk analysis skills ensuring that mortgage applications are thoroughly assessed for creditworthiness and compliance with lending policy.

Salary and working hours
Starting salary 32000.00 per annum
Monday to Friday 8:45am 5:00pm (36.25 hours per week)
