What the role will involve
Ensure a Dynamic Supply Chain You will play a key role enabling L3 Harris to optimize our endtoend supply chain to enhance value. You will work with cross functional teams to help embed SIOP as one of our key business processes.
In addition to technical proficiency this role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively with teams across the company as the conduit between the SIOP team and the ICI EMEA stakeholder groups including Finance Procurement Engineering Programs and Operations.
You will also be a direct line manager to the planning and Inventory team
The responsibilities of your role will include the following:
The role will provide key support to the Head of Business Operations on all financial aspects across both strategic planning and day to day operational aspects.
Understanding of all financial drivers and supporting all requirements to meet financial targets is a key fundamental. Reporting against targets and providing critical analysis to help the Business support critical decisions is key including providing diligence and accuracy in forecasting performance and reporting and measuring against these projections. The role will also be responsible for ensuring that resources are aligned to provide financial governance and modelling support to all bid and program execution within the Business.
