We are looking for a dedicated Deputy Room Leader to join a nurturing and vibrant nursery setting that feels like a home away from home. Supporting children aged 05 our nursery offers spacious agespecific rooms and a large garden designed for exploration and playbased learning.
What Were Looking For
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- Proven experience in early years education with leadership potential or previous supervisory experience
- A caring proactive and teamoriented approach

About the Role
- Assisting in the daytoday management of the room and staff team
- Acting as a Key Person building strong bonds with children and families
- Supporting planning and delivery of engaging EYFSaligned activities
- Leading in the absence of the Room Leader ensuring smooth operations
- Monitoring childrens development through observations and assessments
- Creating a safe inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Upholding safeguarding and health & safety standards
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
