About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer to join a crossfunctional team focused on building and deploying scalable applications across Windows Linux and Kubernetes environments. You will work closely with a DevOps Engineer to ensure that applications are not only wellarchitected and performant but also deploymentready from day one.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing clean maintainable code understands deployment constraints and thrives in a collaborative environment where infrastructure and application development go handinhand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Code Quality & Standards: Write clean maintainable code following internal standards. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.
• DeploymentReady Development: Collaborate with the DevOps Engineer to ensure applications are structured for seamless deployment in containerized and cloud environments.
• Refactoring & Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance scalability stability and performance.
• CrossPlatform Development: Build and maintain features that run reliably across Windows and Linux environments.
• API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs with robust error handling and performance in mind.
• Knowledge Sharing: Actively contribute to internal knowledge sharing through documentation presentations and peer learning.
• Automation Support: Write scripts and tools to support automated deployment and testing pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 35 years of experience in backend development using C# or Java (ideally both).
• Strong experience with REST APIs and serviceoriented architecture.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines or similar tools.
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Unix/Linux environments.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to or other backend languages.
• A polyglot mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
