Location: Kensal Green
Applicants must live within a commutable distance (45 minutes max)
Salary: 34 36k basic salary plus an excellent commission scheme

What will you be doing In this role youll seamlessly blend studio management sales leadership and fitness coaching. Its all about balance keeping your eye on business performance while ensuring every member gets an outstanding fitness experience.
- Run the studio like your own business leading everything from operations to member engagement.
- Drive sales and new membership growth hitting and exceeding studio targets and KPIs.
- Deliver topnotch coaching sessions keeping members motivated and engaged.
- Oversee the smooth running of studio operations including rotas payroll and studio openings/closings.
- Build a strong membership community focusing on member retention and maintaining a positive environment.
- Lead manage and develop your team to deliver excellence at every level.
- Be the face of the studio building relationships with members fostering community spirit and representing the brand with pride.
What are we looking for Were looking for a charismatic and commerciallyminded fitness leader with a true passion for the industry. Youll need to balance your love for fitness with a sharp business mind to drive success.
- Proven experience in sales management and exceeding KPIs in the fitness industry.
- Enthusiastic and energetic with a natural ability to lead and inspire others.
- Confident approachable and a real peopleperson who thrives on building strong relationships.
- Currently in a management role or ready for your next challenge with a track record of managing both people and performance.
- A strong organisational skill set and the ability to manage the daily operations of a busy studio.
- Flexibility to work shifts including some weekends that have events and an openness to be handson with coaching when needed.
