Working Hours: 40 hours per week MondayFriday. Winter Months October March will include weekend work

Hybrid Working 3 days in the office Monday Wednesday and Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs providing tailored solutions and ensuring consistent value for longterm success.
• Take ownership of client contracts ensuring they are profitable and sustainable.
• Generate revenue and new leads by identifying opportunities and collaborating with our business development team.
• Manage projects and oversee contracts to ensure timely delivery within agreed service levels.
• Support a thriving team with performance reviews team goals and recruitment efforts.

What Were Looking For:

• Previous customer service or office experience we want someone who knows how to connect with people and get things done.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to help clients succeed.
• A resultsdriven approach with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Power BI MS Teams).
