Join Clap Partners as an HRIS Consultant SAP within our Direction division located in the vibrant city of Paris. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of optimizing human resources operations through innovative technology and strategic insights.
About the Role
As an HRIS Consultant SAP you will play a crucial role in enhancing our HR information systems. You will leverage your expertise in SAP to implement and manage HR solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. You will collaborate closely with HR teams and leadership to ensure that our HRIS aligns with business objectives and supports our workforce in achieving their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation and configuration of SAP HR modules to support various HR functions including recruitment performance management payroll and employee development.
- Conduct thorough analyses of current HR processes identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements to ensure optimal use of the HRIS.
- Provide ongoing support and training to HR staff and endusers ensuring they are wellequipped to utilize the HRIS effectively.
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the HRIS with existing systems maintaining a comprehensive view of employee data.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in HR technology implementing relevant advancements into our systems.
- Assist in generating regular and adhoc reports that provide insightful analytics to facilitate datadriven decisionmaking.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and security regarding employee information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HRIS consulting specifically with SAP systems or a similar HR technology platform.
- Strong understanding of human resources functions and processes.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a keen ability to analyze complex systems and provide practical solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills enabling collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Degree in Human Resources Information Technology or a related field preferred.
