As a Loyalty Program Development Project Manager your mission will be to enhance the ALL Loyalty Programs value proposition by developing projects that elevate the member experience drive incremental revenue and address unmet customer needs.
Leveraging competitive intelligence from both inside and outside the industry you will identify key market trends to foster new functionalities and support strategic decisionmaking.
Reporting directly to our Senior Project Manager Development & Integration you will collaborate closely with Regional Loyalty Teams and Product Teams to bring these initiatives to life.
Your mission:
- Strategic Thinking
- Conduct competitive strategic monitoring to inform marketing strategy and identify development opportunities
- Develop business plans for new digital products or enhancements to existing products
- Development and Run Management
- Support strategic development projects alongside the Senior Project Manager
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams
- Independently manage development projects
- Performance Monitoring
- Build reports as part of new project development
- Monitor project performance: briefing independent analysis and reporting to management
Qualifications :
And you
- At least 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role including strategic marketing projects
- Strong analytical skills: ability to build reports and present performance insights
- Experience in managing digital projects
- Fluent in French and English (youll deal with international stakeholders on a daily basis)
- Strong synthesis and presentation skills including deck creation (.PPT <3)
