This role plays a crucial part in fostering a positive employee experience ensuring smooth HR processes and helping build a culture that reflects our values and mission.
You will work across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and engagement to continuous support and offboarding. You will also take charge of exciting peoplefocused initiatives that shape the employee experience including organising afterworks and company events.
You will collaborate across the company and have a chance to use your creativity and problemsolving skills while helping our people to be carbon heroes! Your goal is to help the newcomers feel welcome and the company staff perform at their best by ensuring processes work smoothly.

This fulltime permanent position is available on a hybrid basis for candidates based in the Helsinki area. In this role you will report to the HR Director.
