Job Description:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a financial administrative to join the Asset Management division of Alantra specifically for theInvestor Relations (IR) team. The Asset Management division is a core and growing area for Alantra which is constantly seeking new growth opportunities both by products and geographies.
The ideal candidate will assist the department in a wide range of activities to support Alantra Asset Management products.
IR Related Tasks:
- Support the digitalization process started in the area
- Prepare and send information and communications to investors. Both recurrent and adhoc requests.
- Perform and review Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) materials when required.
- Control and oversight of funds administrators. Coordination of the different service providers.
- Review of the net asset value of the different investment vehicles.
- Review of quarterly / annual reports of the different products managed by the firm.
- Preparation of documentation for the Boards of the different products.
Requirements:
Requirements:
The candidate must meet the following characteristics:
- Business Administration Economics or similar.
- Fulltime availability.
- More than 3 years of professional experience in finance accounting audit or fund management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- High level of english
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
