Conducts periodic meetings with subordinates to ensure that priorities are clear and the workflow is running smoothly as per agreed plans at the beginning of each year.
Prepares periodic reports regarding the department activities and achievements to be submitted to the Operational Manager on monthly basis or when required.
Identifies human resources requirements for the department according to human resources planning best practices and market norms.
Recommends appropriate development and training plans for the direct reporters and evaluating their effectiveness through monitoring the results delivered and employee performance
Carries out performance appraisals for subordinates according to the planned schedules and recommends necessary actions as per the adopted procedures.
Assigns a coverage person to carry out the responsibilities of the position whenever the need arises such as travel or out of office for personal or business needs.

Technical Duties
Revise & approved all of contactors (Mechanical & Electrical sections) invoices.
Lead and Communicate with Construction Field Supervision Subcontractors and Vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule as it pertains to MEPs
Administer financial aspects of the Owners contract subcontracts and purchase orders
Build effective working relationships with clients and Construction project team members
Review the general contract and contract documents and confirm the budget setup and project milestones in conjunction with Project Lead
Create a schedule of values and project logs plan for project safety and mobilization including review and validation with team members
Purchasing process and document control.
Maintain the purchase schedule write scopes of work distribute and log subcontracts write required contract riders and purchase orders and confirm compliance with project insurance requirements
Review subcontractor refeences obtain Subcontractor bonds and maintain project files
Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules change order processes shop drawings document control logs Owner Architect and Subcontractor correspondence
Work with Purchasing in setting up/executing trade buyouts including: defining the scope of work authoring Exhibit Bs ensuring scope coverage coordinating buy and project schedules
Attend all scheduled and management MEP meetings necessary to monitor and manage the project chairing as appropriate
Deliver all necessary manuals to the Owner consolidates project documentation and files
Manage subcontractor closeout transfer of utilities owner training and punch list process
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering
Fluent in Arabic and English language.
from 8: 10 years of Experience in related field
PMP Diploma.
Excellent business judgment demonstrated by consistently achieving profitability objectives and strong project closeouts with client and subcontractor relationships in good standing
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail evidenced by a strong command of all applicable contract and legal provisions
Ability to consistently analyze and execute financial tradeoffs which frequently involve dealing with incomplete data and ambiguity
Ability to constantly multitask and handle competing priorities between business needs organizational issues and sound customer relations
Possess judgment to know when to appropriately escalate issues up the chain of command
