You will manage the customer collaboration agenda for your market or set improve value and service to customers and increasesupply chain efficiency while offering accountability and transparency into customerperformance via a single point of contact.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Drive effective crossfunctional communication among stakeholders: sales logisticsoperations demand planning product supply and external partners
- Achieve KPIs targets including customer service invoice accuracy Secondary CFR SAMBC etc.. through effective implementation of processes
- Manage Copacking and drive productivity initiatives.
- Drive waste reduction in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
- Resolve operational challenges.
- Focus on initiatives in efficient replenishment and availabilitywhile driving the implementation of joint value creation initiatives identified throughcustomer collaboration
- Deliver enhanced service by driving the implementation of customer supply chainimprovement initiatives and building deep relationships with the customer
- Participate in I2M projects driving CS&L tracks.
What you will bring

- Experience in CS&L function ideally with knowledge of customer supply chain management
- Crossfunctional experience (sales CS&L controlling demand planningand logistics andwarehousing knowledge)
- SAP information systems process design standard operating procedures
- Able to analyze data and derive insights into action with a focus on delivering to timelines andKPIs
- Great interpersonal teamwork and communication skills
- Able to influence negotiate and apply commercial acumen

- Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support customer supply chain programs with Commercial Sales that deliver volume and accelerates top line growth & Act as the voice of the customer within Mondelz Supply Chain Supply Network Design
Drive towards undisputed leadership in supply chain of best in class programs and processes that improve performance to customers. Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on specific needs and potential future program development opportunities
Develop and maintain customer relationships to achieve executional excellence and to meet and exceed our customers KPI expectations
Develop the capability of customer through increased understating of new programs industry trends and strategic initiatives
Lead in bridging supply chain relationships between customers and other supply chain functions (Logistic Operations Customer Service Demand Planning Product Supply )

- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- Expertise is MS Office
- APICS CSCPCPIM certification is preferred
