Job Description

We are looking for a motivated curious intern with strong analytical skills to join and support our international sales and business development team.

This is a paid 6 months internship.

Tasks

As a Sales Operations intern you will support our international sales teams by:

  • Assisting in CRM (HubSpot) data management incl. contact enrichment tagging and segmentation.
  • Supporting the creation and tracking of outbound lead campaigns including validation of lists and sequencing readiness as well as monitoring of lead sources (news LinkedIn open web)
  • Assisting in the setup and maintenance of sales enablement tools (dashboards trackers onepagers) as well as training and onboarding of sales managers
  • Contributing to internal documentation workflows and crossteam initiatives (e.g. with the photographer partner team picture desk marketing and backoffice)
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics (e.g. pipeline health win rates) and analyzing customer and partner reports
  • Preparing of team meetings incl. generating and formatting sales reports or project progress
  • Conducting competitor research and creating industry reports
  • Other impromptu tasks with respect to the sales teams

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate in Business Marketing Economics or a related field.
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and online research
  • Strong attention to detail data organization and an analytical mindset
  • Initial experience in sales operations or a B2B sales organization
  • Fluent in English (German or any other European language is a plus)
  • Proactive mindset; not afraid to flag issues or suggest improvements
  • Interest in sports media or digital content
