Our client is a campaigning agency that aims to defend democracy on social media. thier goal is to achieve a shift in the online discourse to counteract rightwing propaganda.
They are supporting prodemocratic initiatives from small to large from local to international in their efforts in campaigning community building strategy messaging and analytics.
The growing tech team is at the core of the strategy as they are building the future of videobased digital campaigning for platforms like TikTok.
Were looking for a skilled and missiondriven AI Engineer (m/f/d) to join us and build cuttingedge systems that make a realworld difference.
Tasks
Your Role
Youll be part of a small agile team developing AI solutions for realtime analytics content moderation and campaign optimization.
- Develop and deploy AIpowered tools for realtime social media and video campaigning
- Build and finetune machine learning models (e.g. for content classification sentiment analysis recommendation systems)
- Design automated content moderation systems using LLMs and computer vision techniques
- Create realtime analytics pipelines to measure campaign performance and engagement
- Collaborate closely with strategists creatives and developers to bring AI solutions to life
- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance fairness and ethical impact
Requirements
- Experience integrating and finetuning large language models (LLMs) in production environments
- Strong background in machine learning and data science (e.g. scikitlearn TensorFlow PyTorch Hugging Face)
- Proficient in Python and experienced with building and maintaining ML pipelines
- Skilled in deploying ML models using cloud platforms (especially GCP) and Docker
- Understanding of data privacy AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment; familiar with CI/CD GitLab and ML DevOps practices
- Passionate about using technology for social impact and democratic resilience
