Their mission for N26 is to provide secure and compliant banking services that are frictionless and innovative for customers while enabling efficient operations and informed decisionmaking for our staff. We achieve this through robust customer identity verification proactive risk management and seamless customer support. Manage and develop an incredible team of talented and motivated software developers working in an agile environment
Grow your team internally and recruit externally manage and retain talent
Create and foster a high performing engaging & inclusive work environment based on transparency accountability and trust
Collaborate with Product Manager and Tech Leads / Principal Engineers in continuous planning dependency & risk management and constant process improvement
Help to define & execute goals and a sustainable tech strategy
Continuously identify and learn from our delivery on how to further improve our effectiveness
Establish a tight connection to other teams to unblock dependencies provide visibility and transparency
Experience growing coaching mentoring and providing feedback to team members including having had difficult conversations
Experience managing and delivering impactful projects
Experience working on an rapidly evolving product in an agile environment
Leadership planning and communication skills
Passionate about people and improving the environment in which they work
Interested in working with a fastpaced and quickly growing company
Professional proficiency in English
Previous experience work in a FinTech company or exposure working in an environment enabling DevOps culture
A good understanding of how operations work
