Job Description
Catella Engineering GmbH is a competent partner for demanding project management in the automotive sector.
We support our customers in all project phases from project definition to project planning project implementation and project completion.
For an assignment with one of our OEM customers in the premium vehicle sector we are currently looking for a
Tasks
- Lead HMETC strategical reports and VIP events (Internal/External)
- Manage biweekly companywide reporting process
- Support HMETC management on adhoc requests
- Coordinate HMETCwide investment management
- Consolidate cross company operation like information related to future manpower plan
- Align with R&D Center in Namyang (South Korea) and HMG brand related regional headquarters
- Handle crossfunctional team activities and exchange on complex topics
- Identify cross department synergies to propose and implement processes improvements (Technical and R&D administration)
- Adapt HMETC strategy according to ongoing market changes and global businesses
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required Engineering or related field desired
- MBA or masters degree desired but not required
- 5 years of industry experience in R&D Strategy Product Strategy Product Planning and/or Project Management experience in Automotive preferred
- Ideally certified by PM systems: PMI or Prince 2
- Creative mindset as well as a problemsolving mentality
- Proactive and selfmotivated attitude
- Good communication skills a must: verbal written presentation
- Proficient skills in MS Office Excel PowerPoint and in virtual conferencing e.g. WebEx MS Teams or similar
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements
- Fluency with English language; bilingual Korean language skill an advantage but not required
