Job Description
Denizen was founded in Berlin in 2021 as a physical and digital platform for coworking recreation and community. We are operating a variety of community and office spaces in Berlin and Dsseldorf.
We are collaborating with Aroundtown to build ATworld a network of spaces events and services designed for a modern lifestyle all accessible through a custombuilt app. Together we are shaping a new way to experience real estate blending technology design and community in one seamless platform. The Denizen team is a mix of hospitality operators & technologists dedicated to delivering an exceptional hightech/hightouch service experience. Before founding Denizen the cofounders have worked with companies such as citizenM and 25hours Hotels.
Our main investors are Porsche AG as well as Solutions Holding and K.H.V. both original founders of 25hours Hotels.
As a Supply Manager you will play a critical role in expanding the ATworld network by identifying and securing new hotel partners and workspace locations across Germany and Europe.
Your expertise in the hospitality industry and established connections will be essential in building and strengthening relationships with hotel operators real estate partners and other hospitality businesses. You will be responsible for sourcing new partnership opportunities negotiating agreements and ensuring that ATworld continues to offer premium locations to its members.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new hotel properties to become part of the ATworld network.
- Develop and manage partnerships with hospitality and real estate companies.
- Expand the ATworld footprint by sourcing and onboarding new locations.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with hotel and workspace operators.
- Attend industry events trade shows and networking functions to promote ATworld and establish key relationships.
- Analyze market trends and identify strategic opportunities to enhance ATworlds offerings.
- Work closely with the sales marketing and operations teams to align supply growth with business objectives.
- Explore creative business opportunities that can add value to the ATworld network.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure longterm collaboration.
- Proven experience in supply management business development or partnerships within the hospitality industry.
- Strong network of contacts in the German and European hospitality sector.
- Experience in negotiating and closing highvalue partnership deals.
- Good understanding of hotel operations real estate trends and workspace solutions.
- Ability to identify and seize new business opportunities in a dynamic industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior decisionmakers.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Based in Germany with the ability to travel and the right to work in the EU.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for hospitality real estate and innovation.
