Job Description
Be part of our client s team as an Expense Buyer managing the endtoend procurement of noninventory goods and services with efficiency and accuracy. From placing orders via Oracle and supplier sites to handling vendor emails generating reports and joining monthly checkins this role suits a techsavvy detaildriven professional with strong Excel skills.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM CST
Work setup: Remote / Work From Home
- Sourcing and purchasing expense items while ensuring cost efficiency
- Maintaining professional relationships and conducting performance discussions with vendors
- Placing orders using Oracle EBusiness Suite and supplier platforms
- Generating procurement reports and managing related correspondence via email
- Attending monthly or bimonthly checkin meetings with stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and best practices
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
MustHave Qualifications
- 3 5 years of relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of supply chain concepts
- Effective communication organization and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and contribute to crossfunctional teams
NicetoHaves
- Working knowledge of Oracle EBusiness Suite
- Experience in a regulated or cGMP environment
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Business or a related field
