Job Description
- Teach a class of pupils ensuring that planning preparation recording assessment and reporting according to their educational needs.
- Keep appropriate and efficient records on the development progress and attainment of pupils integrating formative assessment into weekly and term planning.
- Meet challenging but realistic educational targets that demonstrate excellence in pupil academic progress.
- Helping pupils to succeed in their learning tasks giving them good experience so that they develop selfrespect and foster personal maturity.
- Review the classroom curriculum annually and ensure that it is delivered through an effective timetable.
- Preparing students for examinations and for their next level of study.
- The setting and marking of work (including examinations where appropriate) to be carried out by the pupils.
- Offer extracurricular activities to support the ethos and enrichment of the school s provision.
- Providing guidance and advice to pupils on educational and social matters.
- Communicating and consulting with the parents of pupils.
- Promoting the general progress and wellbeing of individual pupils.
- Taking a full and active role in the wider life of the school always exemplifying the values and ethos of the school.
- Maintain the positive ethos and core values of the school both inside and outside of the classroom.
- Summer camps and winter camps etcwhich held during the summer and winter holidays depends on individual will .
- Paticipate in at least 3 times marketing events of duty.
3 - Particitate the night classes according to the school arrangement.
- Participate in CPD activities.
- Support day and residential trips to enhance and encourage the skills and experience of all pupils. Ensuring all school trip procedures are followed.
- Attend assemblies registering attendance of pupils and supervising pupils whether beforeduring or after school.
- Participate in meetings which relate to the school s management curriculum administration and organization.
- Contribute to and attend whole school community events throughout the year.
- To participate in marketing activities to encourage enrolment into the school contribute to the growth of the school.
- To ensure the secondary school remains tidy and presentable.
- Promote intercultural understanding and be flexible to specific cultural needs.
- Develop constructive and professional relationships with teaching and nonteaching staff and parents.
- Promote a culture of personal accountability and passion for education.
- To complete any other reasonable duty as requested by line manager.
Requirements
- A bachelor s degree or above in a relevant major with the corresponding teaching certificate.
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject and curriculum; outstanding fresh graduates with development potential may also be considered. 3
- For English teaching positions TEM 8 or IELTS 7.5 or above is required with fluent spoken English for use as a working language. 7.5
- Graduates of key normal universities or Double First Class 211 985 universities or overseas universities ranked in the top 200 by QS are preferred. 211 985 QS 200
- Those with honorary titles such as municipal level or above backbone teachers subject leaders outstanding teachers or outstanding headteachers are preferred.
