Peinture et contexte I: Observation et mthode.
La peinture en tant quobservation directe; la traduction de lexprience de la figure humaine en objet et en sujet la transposition en peinture dun ventail dautres formes observes y compris la nature morte; la sensibilisation aux questions de perception et aux possibilits expressives de la peinture.

Painting and Context I: Observation and Process.
Painting as direct observation; the translation of the experience of the human figure as object and subject the transposition to painting of a range of other observed forms including still life; development of the awareness of perceptual issues and expressive possibilities in painting.

Requirements:

Matrise en arts visuels ou lquivalent. Pratique reconnue et dossier dexposition en peinture et en art contemporain. Exprience en enseignement postsecondaire.

Master of Fine Arts or equivalent. Established reputation and exhibition record in painting and contemporary art. Teaching experience at postsecondary level.
