Our client in the professional services/consulting space is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a core member of the administration team you would work with the principals and all key stakeholders in supporting the successful preparation and delivery of proposals and additional clientdirected materials along with working with your team to maintain and deliver key office administration successful candidate will demonstrate a high capacity and eagerness to learn new skills and operating methods take a high degree of pride in the quality of their work be able to thrive under pressure meeting multiple deadlines during peak periods and to model communication and teamwork in completing daily goals and commitments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Typing proofreading formatting of reports letters memos etc.
  • Proofreading and formatting of proposals ensuring accuracy of calculations.
  • Tracking requests for proposals accurately.
  • Coordination of project authorizations with key stakeholders.
  • Assist with the coordination of site visits for the review formatting and completion of field review reports.
  • Maintaining organized filing systems for proposals and other documents both electronic and paper.
  • Creation of promotional materials.
  • Assist with the monitoring and replenishmentof office supplies.
  • Assist with the execution of office/social events.
  • Backup reception for incoming calls welcomingclients processing incoming/outgoing courier packages and other mail.

  • Excellentorganizational multitasking and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Nimble and adaptable to change.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork/team player values.
Hard Skills Required:
  • 24years of administrative experience is required
  • Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook Word Excel Powerpoint).
  • Excellent computer skills/literacy and able to learn new applications quickly and easily.
  • Strong typing skills.
  • High level ofbusiness writing skills in English spelling grammar and punctuation.
