POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a fulltime person to join our parts team with the opportunity to be successful and grow within our company. This person will need to have experience working in or managing a parts department. Reporting to the Parts Manager the Parts person will assist with all needs of the Parts Department at Headwater Equipment Sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the inventory of stock in an organized manner
- Assist in the Headwater yard and warehouse as needed
- Stocking and pulling parts from the warehouse
- Shipping and receiving of parts
- Maintain the sales of parts
- Adhering to customers needs in the office via phone and email
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working in a Parts department
- Parts person ticket a asset but not required
- Must speak read and write English
- Good computer skills
- Valid drivers license with minimal demerits and no suspensions DUIs or distracted driving offenses
- Ability to operate equipment (i.e. forklift Telehandler skid steer) with training provided by Headwater
- Strong time management verbal and written communication skills
- Conscientious and a fast learner
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of projects and tasks
- Sales and customer service abilities
- Reliable punctual and dependable
- Professional attitude and willing to work in a team environment
- Demonstrate a commitment to our code of conduct company values and procedures
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Located in an office environment
- 8 Hourwork day Monday to Friday
- Routinely required to life items weighing up to 50lbs

We are a Heavy Equipment and Service Company we refurbish and repair late model CAT/Deer/Hitachi equipment. We are also the authorized dealer for Sany and Rokback Trucks as well as a repair center for Cummins Isuzu an Scania. Headwater runs a very clean modern shop.
